📝 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel digital/social campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, LinkedIn).

• Ideate, produce, and edit high-quality content (reels/shorts, visuals, copy); manage content calendar and scheduling.

• Track trends and platform updates; leverage timely topics to grow reach and engagement.

• Manage SEO/keyword research and website updates to improve search visibility and conversions.

• Monitor and analyze performance (Google Analytics, platform insights); report results and optimize.

• Manage email marketing (newsletters and automations) to nurture audiences.

• Collaborate with internal teams, creators/influencers, and sales to align on campaign goals.

• Uphold brand consistency; maintain digital assets, tools, and libraries.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

✅ Requirements

• 1–2 years’ digital marketing/social media experience (internships counted); diploma/degree preferred but not required.

• Hands-on with Google Analytics/Ads and social media business tools; basic SEO/PPC knowledge.

• Proficient in Canva and at least one editor (Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut).

• Strong written communication, visual sense, and trend awareness.

• Collaborative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.

• Good to have: email automation experience; beauty/medical aesthetic exposure; B2B manufacturing familiarity; basic HTML.
