About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to support our growing consumer brands across online and offline channels. This role will be responsible for executing digital marketing initiatives, managing e-commerce operations, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day e-commerce, marketing, and customer engagement activities.
Maintain and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance website performance and improve customer experience.
Support livestream operations and ensure smooth execution of online sales activities.
Identify and work with media partners, influencers, and content creators to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Plan, create, film, and edit content for social media platforms.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Develop creative, market-specific solutions to support business objectives.
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize results.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, E-Commerce, or similar roles.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with occasional evening or weekend commitments during campaigns, livestreams, or production activities.
Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
Experience in content creation, social media management, or influencer marketing is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
