About the role
We are an established medical aesthetic clinic seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for our paid marketing efforts on relevant platforms such as Google, META, Tik-Tok etc.
What you'll be doing
Analysing industry trends and areas of market demand for our services
Helping to perform competitor research and analysis
End to end ownership of performance marketing campaigns from planning, allocating budget, setting up, execution and subsequent monitoring and refinement
Collaborating with the creative teams to create compelling digital content and assets
What we're looking for
At least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, META Ads, Google Analytics, and relevant performance tracking software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data from our marketing campaigns and work together closely with top management to make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with the aesthetic and healthcare industry is a plus, but not essential
Ability to perform website optimization and technical SEO, GEO is a plus, but not essential
An individual able to work in a lean team, able to multi-task and who is open to personal growth in the medical marketing sector.
