Key Responsibilities


SEO (Search Engine Optimization)



  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for B2B / professional services

  • Perform keyword research focused on FDI, company setup, licensing, immigration, legal & compliance for Services implemented in Indonesia and Singapore

  • Optimize on-page SEO (content structure, internal linking, metadata)

  • Manage technical SEO (indexing, site health, performance)

  • Track rankings, organic traffic, and lead conversions

  • Coordinate SEO content planning with internal stakeholders or writers


SEM (Search Engine Marketing)



  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search-focused)

  • Build keyword clusters aligned with service offerings

  • Optimize CPC, CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rate

  • Manage landing page performance and A/B testing

  • Allocate and optimize monthly ad budgets for ROI


Social Media Marketing



  • Manage and optimize company presence on LinkedIn and Facebook

  • Develop, plan and publish marketing content aligned with company services and campaigns

  • Support lead generation through targeted content and social media campaigns

  • Monitor engagement, traffic, and conversion from social platforms

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align social media messaging with business development goals


Website Management & Support (WordPress)



  • Manage and maintain company websites built on WordPress

  • Update website content, service pages, and landing pages when required

  • Ensure website performance, uptime, and basic technical health

  • Coordinate implementation of SEO improvements on the website

  • Monitor domain registrations and expiration dates and ensure timely renewals

  • Liaise with hosting providers or developers when technical issues arise


CRM & Lead Management



  • Manage CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent)

  • Design lead capture, scoring, and segmentation strategies

  • Build email workflows and lead nurturing campaigns

  • Track lead lifecycle from inquiry to conversion

  • Collaborate with sales/consulting teams to improve lead quality


Requirements



  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO and SEM (B2B preferred)

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

  • Experience managing LinkedIn and Facebook for business or lead generation purposes

  • Experience managing or maintaining WordPress websites, including content updates and basic website administration

  • Basic understanding of domain management and renewal tracking

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead funnels

  • Experience with tools such as: Google Analytics / GA4, Google Search Console, Keyword research tools (SE Ranking, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results


  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken), to support bilingual content and communication requirements
