Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

  • Manage the company's website, ensuring content is updated, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and traffic.

  • Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, videos, graphics, and email campaigns.

  • Manage the company's social media presence and engagement across multiple platforms.

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.

  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, including traffic, conversions, ROI, and customer engagement.

  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, developers, and external agencies to deliver marketing campaigns.

  • Identify new digital marketing trends, technologies, and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and relevant advertising regulations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.

  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
