About the Role
Base Entertainment Asia is seeking a dynamic Digital & Media Strategist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing and media campaigns across our portfolio of world-class live entertainment productions. This role is key to driving audience engagement, ticket sales, and brand visibility across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated digital and media strategies to support show launches, ongoing sales, and brand campaigns.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance and audience data to drive insights, improve ROI, and inform future strategies
Collaborate closely with internal marketing, partnerships, publicity and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging.
Manage media budgets, forecasts, and reporting with a strong focus on performance and efficiency.
Identify new digital trends, platforms, and opportunities to enhance audience reach and engagement.
Oversee agency partners and vendors where applicable.
Support CRM and retargeting strategies to maximise conversions and repeat audiences
Requirements
3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or performance marketing (Experience in Agency is a plus)
Strong knowledge of digital platforms, analytics tools, and ticketing tech ecosystems
Proven track record in driving measurable campaign results and optimizing media spend
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent project management and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Passion for live entertainment, theatre, and the arts is highly desirable
