Digital Operations & Analytics Officer (EAT)

Duration of Contract: 3 months (extendable)

Key Responsibilities

Digital Operations

• Execute daily website content uploads, updates and maintenance, including event listings, metadata management and digital record processing

• Process content update requests from internal teams and external stakeholders promptly

• Coordinate event approval workflows, ensuring submissions meet established criteria and standards

• Conduct quality assurance checks on all files and content prior to publication

• Monitor published content for accuracy, consistency and currency of information

Analytics & Performance Reporting

• Extract and compile key performance metrics for weekly target performance reports, delivered accurately and on time to stakeholders

• Support trend analysis to identify patterns and insights across performance datasets

• Work with marketing teams to prepare campaign performance and funnel analysis reports

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in administration, project support, digital operations or a comparable reporting function

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related discipline preferred; equivalent qualifications with relevant hands-on experience will also be considered

• Basic data analytics capability — able to interpret charts, extract insights from numerical data and identify performance trends

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, and comfortable handling CSV files

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination

• Meticulous attention to detail for quality assurance and data accuracy

• Adaptable and able to learn new digital tools and evolving requirements quickly

• Sound problem-solving skills for troubleshooting content and data inconsistencies

• Relevant working experience or equivalent practical capability in a similar digital operations or reporting role
