Description
As a core member of the Performance Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to drive and contribute to a wide range of strategic initiatives, including:
- Paid Digital Media Campaigns such as SEM, Programmatic Display, Social & More
- Performance management and Reporting
- Data & Analytics Projects
- Personalisaton & Retargeting

Leveraging on MarTech/AdTech to drive outcomes
A/B Testing of digital assets :
- Marketing Performance & Analytics
- Support creation and maintenance of performance dashboards
- Track and report of funnel metrics
- Prepare weekly performance summary
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau and more to solve business problems
- Digital Marketing Campaign & Operations Support
- Work with stakeholders such Brand & Marketing, Campaign Managers, Data and more to conceptualize digital marketing campaigns
- Launch digital marketing campaigns to support business growth objectives
- Assist in establishing, measuring and optimization of digital paid media performance
- Campaign budget management
- Data Quality & Measurement Support
- Work along with agency on tagging, tracking and firing of floodlights and trackers
- Ensure the proper setup of tagging for marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Help to manage, track and raise issues on analytic tracking
- Agencies & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as coordinator between stakeholders and third parties agencies: Media agency, Brand Marketing, Personalisation agency, Data Agency and more
- Ensure timely execution and escalation of request to meet timelines
- Optimisation & Experimentation
- Track test and learn initiatives which cover Journey design, creative and copy test, funnel and application form changes
- Create and maintain logs on A/B test cases and experiments
- Work with Brand & Marketing to develop new creatives to drive performance
- Support post-campaign reviews and learnings

- Project Tracker/Scrum (Jira & Confluence)
- Preference for Bachelor of Business (Marketing, Business Analytics, Banking & Finance, Risk Analytics)
- Fresh Graduate will be considered

Ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working in Banking, Insurance, Fintech, Media agency or related field

Ability to problem solve and work with ambiguity at times
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication
- Know how to use Microsoft office especially excel
- Basic programming and scripting skills will be a plus
