We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to manage and grow our digital sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships, onboarding vendors, and driving platform adoption among users and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow digital sales platforms, including CRM and consumer-facing tools.
Identify and evaluate products, services, and partnerships to enhance platform offerings.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through outreach and negotiations.
Lead vendor onboarding from development to platform integration.
Oversee vendor performance and foster long-term partnerships.
Drive user engagement and adoption of platform products and services.
Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
Cultivate stakeholder relationships to support platform growth and success.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience in platform management, product sourcing & vendor engagement is preferred.
Team-oriented, well-organized, and detail-focused.
Able to drive strategic initiatives and meet deadlines.
