Digital Retail Innovation & Campaign Manager, Contract

Summary
Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience for our online customers.
As the Marketing lead for campaigns and promos, you will drive the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns online and in stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and deliver the marketing strategy for campaigns and promotions; drive the end-to-end process to ensure work is executed flawlessly, on time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Marcom, Digital Merchandising, Legal, Store Operations, Commercial and Finance, to ensure ongoing alignment of strategies and messaging that meet business objectives
  • Partner across the organization to develop innovative ways to drive traffic and reach for maximum marketing impact, leveraging paid, owned and earned media channels
  • Track and report on key campaign metrics, identify trends to understand what's driving performance, spotlight opportunities and recommendations for improvement

    Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience, with at least 4 years of omni-channel marketing experience in a multi-market capacity, ideally within Asia
  • Expertise in online and outbound marketing channels and digital marketing touchpoints
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; skilled at building and delivering compelling presentations to partners and leaders alike
  • Program and project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver work on aggressive timelines
  • Able to analyze data and identify performance trends that inform marketing strategies and new tactics
  • Track record of leading strategic conversations with a wide range of people in different fields and across levels

  • Proven experience leading, managing and measuring large-scale marketing initiatives
  • Experienced in developing clear, concise marketing and creative briefs
  • Able to connect dots between information, different work streams, and key partners to inform the work
    * BA/BS or equivalent experience, MBA a plus
