Job Responsibilities
Business Development: Proactively identify and engage potential clients, new & existing, through targeted prospecting, networking, and outreach strategies.
Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to present and demonstrate Websentials’ digital solutions effectively.
Sales Closure: Manage the end-to-end sales process, addressing objections confidently and negotiating agreements to secure deals.
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, follow-ups, and client progress in the CRM system.
Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and client feedback to provide actionable recommendations and support strategic sales initiatives.
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year in B2B sales, telemarketing, or client-facing roles.
Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and confident in both phone and in-person interactions.
Self-Motivation: Able to manage appointments and close deals independently.
Digital Curiosity: Eager to learn about digital solutions to better serve client needs.
