About the role
We’re hiring a part‑time, remote Local Business Sales Representative to independently prospect, qualify, pitch and close local small‑business clients for general service packages. This is a results‑driven outbound sales role — you’ll work autonomously, manage your own outreach, and convert leads into paying customers.
Hours & location
Remote (based in Singapore) with local outreach to nearby businesses
Flexible 8–16 hours per week; evenings and weekends acceptable
Compensation
$12-$15 per hour + commission on each closed sale
Minimum guaranteed hours negotiable
Key responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email and occasional in‑person visits where appropriate
Qualify prospects, present concise service offers, and close sales independently
Secure client information and payment authorization or signed agreement at close
Accurately log all activity, calls and outcomes in our CRM and update opportunity status
Schedule and hand off new clients to onboarding team/process
Meet weekly performance targets and report progress
Who we’re looking for
1–2 years local B2B, field or phone sales experience (door‑to‑door, appointment setting, local services preferred)
Proven closing ability and comfort asking for the sale
Strong verbal communication and objection‑handling skills
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently without direct supervision
Basic CRM experience and familiarity with Google apps or similar tools
Reliable phone and internet access; based in Singapore and able to contact local businesses
Selection process

Successful candidates begin onboarding with training, scripts and CRM setup
