Join our frontline team delivering seamless digital and in-person support services to the public. You will play an important role in guiding customers through registrations, appointments, and basic digital service matters in a professional and friendly manner.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and are comfortable using digital tools.

π Working Hours: MONβFRI (10.20AM β 7.20PM) | SAT (10.20AM β 2.20PM)

Commitment: At least 6 months

Shift Type:
5.5 Working Days [Mon-Fri, Sat Half Day]
Key Responsibilities
Deliver quality customer service and manage registrations, queues, and appointments
Verify documents and assist customers with form completion and data entry
Perform end-of-day reconciliation duties
Support digital services including SingPass, online portals, and basic (Level 1) application or device troubleshooting
Requirements
Comfortable using iPads, laptops, and mobile applications
Strong customer service skills with a positive and proactive attitude
π Shortlisted applicants must attend mandatory PAID training on 1, 2, 4, 6 & 7 April 2026 and pass the assessment conducted on the final day.
π Staff who did not pass the assessment will be offboarded. (You are still paid for attending training)
