Digital Telesales Malaysia (Remote) Freelance Contractor

We are a Singapore-based digital marketing company, helping SMEs improve their visibility through social media, advertising, and online presence. We are looking for a driven and reliable Remote Telesales Representative based in Malaysia to join our growing team. Make outbound cold calls to leads and prospects.

• Present and pitch our services clearly and confidently to potential customers

• Handle objections and inquiries effectively, with a customer-first approach

• Follow up via phone, email, or messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp)

• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM or Google Sheets

• Meet or exceed monthly sales target (e.g. 20 qualified sales per month)

• Report daily and weekly progress to the Singapore team

• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine outreach strategies

Monthly base salary + attractive commission per closed deal
