We are a Singapore-based digital marketing company, helping SMEs improve their visibility through social media, advertising, and online presence. We are looking for a driven and reliable Remote Telesales Marketing Consultant based in Singapore to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to leads and prospects.
Present and pitch our services clearly and confidently to potential customers
Handle objections and inquiries effectively, with a customer-first approach
Follow up via phone, email, or messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp)
Maintain accurate sales records
Meet or exceed monthly sales target
Report progress to the Singapore team
Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine outreach strategies
Requirements
Singapore citizen with permission to work from home.
Min Diploma.
Proven Sales/Telesales or outbound calling experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
Previous experience with social media marketing is a plus.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
Strong time management and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with tools like Google Drive and Sheets and using technology for call management is a plus.
Comfortable with commission-based incentives.
