Job Title: Digital Transformation Associate
We are looking for a motivated Digital Transformation Associate to support the group’s digitalisation initiatives. This role will drive data-driven decision-making, automate internal workflows, and implement innovative digital tools to improve operational efficiency and customer experience across our companies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
Design and maintain live performance dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales productivity and factory floor efficiency.
Analyse operational data to provide actionable insights on procurement cycles, inventory flow, and cost-saving opportunities.
Support management with data-driven reporting to improve business performance.
2. Digital Innovation Projects
Customer Experience: Manage and enhance the CC+ digital tool to monitor, track, and analyse customer satisfaction and feedback.
AI Integration: Develop and deploy AI-driven systems to handle initial customer enquiries and technical specification requests.
3. System Architecture & Automation
Design and implement automated data pipelines to replace manual reporting processes across departments.
Integrate systems and data sources to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
4. Change Management
Train staff across the group of companies on new digital tools and workflows.
Act as the primary liaison between business units and external technology vendors to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.
Requirements
Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in digital transformation and process automation.
Familiarity with data analytics tools, dashboards, automation platforms, or AI technologies will be an advantage.
Good communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business users.
Self-driven, curious, and eager to improve business processes through technology.
