About BlueTree Education
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy AI &Digital Innovation Intern to support the development and enhancement of our online courses, marketing efforts, processes and customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is interested in applying AI tools and digital solutions to improve education delivery, automate processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
路 Online Course Development: Assist in creating and improving course content using AI tools
路 Course Enhancement: Support curriculum digitisation and development of learning materials
路 Marketing Support: Create content and assist with digital marketing campaigns
路 Customer Experience: Help improve enquiry handling and explore AI automation solutions
路 Research & Innovation: Explore new AI tools and propose improvements for operations and learning
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Systems / Business Analytics, Computer Science / Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing / Business or related fields
路 Strong interest in AI tools and digital solutions
路 Basic understanding of content creation or marketing
路 Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
路 Able to work independently and take initiative
路 Good communication and teamwork skills
路 Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Chat GPT, Canva, other AI, etc)
路 Basic knowledge of social media or digital marketing
路 Interest in education or training industry
