Digital Transformation, APAC Division
Colgate-Palmolive is a $20B+ global leader in consumer goods, with brands like Colgate, Palmolive, and Hill’s Pet Nutrition found in 75% of homes worldwide. As eCommerce and digital engagement become the primary engines of our global growth agenda, we are seeking a visionary Director of Digital Transformation to lead our APAC digital ecosystem, and work in collaboration with our global teams..
As the architect of our digital future in APAC, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and commercial priorities. Leading a high-performance team of specialists across AI, MarTech, GEO, Data, CRM, and Social Commerce, you will drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. By breaking down silos and driving the adoption of enterprise tech tools, you will seamlessly connect digital domains to elevate consumer engagement. Embedded directly into division and country hubs, you will translate complex digital capabilities into seamless, data-driven brand experiences that accelerate business outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities

High-Performance Team Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and executional excellence.

Strategic Leadership & Business Integration: Translate complex digital capabilities into actionable business growth strategies. You will align the Digital Transformation roadmap (powered by AI) with Colgate-Palmolive’s global growth priorities, and with Division strategy, working directly with Hubs and countries together with the GIT team.

Omni-Channel Ecosystem Orchestration: Oversee the end-to-end consumer journey by integrating consumer journeys, CRM strategy, platform/country cell level insights, AI, performance marketing, and digital commerce performance.

Lead Media at divisional level: Lead Media across the funnel for APAC at a divisional level, complimenting Hub management of local Media. Forge new capabilities based on latest AI-based media algorithms, embed Brand into culture, and lead integration of Retail Media. Ensure content gets amplified and translated into each Hub using AI and the Content supply chain of Colgate-Palmolive.

MarTech & Innovation Advocacy: Identify and champion the adoption of emerging technologies (CreativeX, Bynder, Accuranker, AI, & Data Analytics, etc.) to maintain a competitive edge in the APAC landscape.

Stakeholder & Partner Influence: Lead the commercial relationship with our agency partners, tech companies and media houses, Act as a critical liaison between divisional leadership, global counterparts, and external agency partners to ensure consistency and maximize effectiveness and ROI.

Regional Capability Building: Serve as a change agent for the APAC division, upskilling local teams and standardizing best-in-class digital processes

Lead Multi-Channel Strategy: Drive end-to-end digital performance across website, media planning, retail media, social commerce, and content operations to create integrated, omni-channel customer experiences.

Optimize Data-Driven Performance & Technology: Manage the full data lifecycle—including 1P/3P strategy, CRM, and advanced measurement—while overseeing web tech infrastructure, search governance, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.

Holistic Search: Win in SEO and future proof Colgate for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). Maintain the brand.com ecosystem and strategically define and execute Colgate’s content strategy.

What we ask:

15+ years of professional experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role within Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Media or Integrated Brand Experiences.

Proven Track Record: History of managing large-scale digital projects that directly contributed to business growth in the CPG/FMCG sector
-
Experience of and expertise in one or more big APAC markets, and their digital landscapes, media environment and companies, and social media and social commerce environment.

Technical Literacy: Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (Bynder), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and advanced analytics tools

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
