KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Digital Distribution strategy
- Core responsibility: Build and scale digital distribution channels across APAC wealth ecosystems to materially grow assets under management via platforms, digital banks, and fintech partnerships. Digitise Eastspring’s distribution footprint and ensure your funds are embedded where investors increasingly access products across asset classes.
- Lead the development and execution of the firm’s global digital distribution strategy across platforms, IFAs, fintech partners and emerging digital channels, driving scalable AUM and revenue growth
- Identify and prioritise high-impact digital channels including investment platforms, IFAs, robo-advisors and fintech partnerships
- Define target segments and a compelling digital value proposition
- Define and deliver platform-specific go-to-market strategies covering fund listings, product positioning, campaigns, and pricing.
- Platform and Channel Management
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key digital distribution partners to drive asset growth
- Lead commercial negotiations, onboarding and on-going relationship management to ensure optimal product placement and economics across platforms
- Work closely with regional distribution teams to expand digital shelf space and accelerate AUM and revenue growth through platform channels.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Product, Investments, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Compliance and Legal) to ensure timely execution of digital initiatives, fund launches and platform integrations.
- Digital Client Acquisition and Engagement
- Drive digital client acquisition and engagement strategies in collaboration with Marketing, including digital journeys that optimise conversion, onboarding and retention
- Leverage data-driven personalisation strategies to enhance investor experience across digital touchpoints
- Regulatory & risk oversight
- Ensure all digital distribution activities comply with relevant regulatory frameworks, internal policies and risk governance standards
- Work closely with Compliance and Legal to oversee digital communications and platform disclosures
- Data, Analytics and Performance Management
- Drive data-led decision making by monitoring platform performance, flows, client behaviour and campaign effectiveness; translate insights into actionable strategies, pricing, product positioning and distribution decisions.
- Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on digital growth metrics
- Contribute as a senior leader within the Distribution function, supporting broader strategic initiatives led by the Global Head of Distribution.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline; advanced qualifications (e.g. CFA) are an advantage.
- Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in asset/ wealth management, platforms, fintech or financial services distribution, with significant exposure to digital or platform-based channels.
- Proven track record of building and scaling digital distribution, building and managing strategic platform partnerships and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with experience in structuring distribution agreements and fee models.
- Deep knowledge of asset management distribution with strong digital, data and platform expertise to enhance client acquisition, engagement and retention across digital eco-systems
- Solid understanding of investment products, fund distribution models and relevant regulatory environments/ frameworks affecting digital distribution
- Experience in working with digital platforms, online brokerages, robo-advisors
- Demonstrated leadership capability with excellent communication and influencing skills, stakeholders, strong senior stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with execution focus, innovative and performance-oriented mindset
