Description
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
1.Driver Recruitment (75%)
- Actively source new driver candidates through social groups, online channels, and local recruitment activities.
- Post recruitment content and maintain candidate pipeline for assigned areas.
- Support potential drivers by providing clear information about the onboarding process and requirements.
- Conduct online onboarding sessions via Zalo and answer driver questions in a timely manner.
- Perform KYC checks and follow up on onboarding progress to ensure drivers are activated successfully.
- Monitor uniform distribution and other onboarding-related processes for new drivers.
- Handle recruitment-related tickets and provide timely updates or feedback for assigned areas.
- Continuously track recruitment performance and identify issues in candidate conversion.
2. Driver Coordination Support (25%)
- Support driver coordination in assigned cities/areas based on operational needs.
- Monitor daily operational performance and promptly identify and report issues or potential risks that may impact operations (e.g., bad weather, events/campaigns, etc.).
- Track and support improvements in driver-related operational metrics.
Requirements:
- Good working proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with numbers and operational data.
- Able to read data, identify unusual patterns, and understand problems behind the numbers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor situations continuously.
- Fast response mindset and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- At least 6 months of experience in operations, recruitment, logistics, delivery, ride-hailing, e-commerce, or other relevant industries.
- Able to work proactively, independently, and effectively in a team.
- Strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Good operations mindset: fast, hands-on, continuous improvement, and data-driven.
