Sheldon Global Pte Ltd is the company behind home-living brands Table Matters, HOUZE, and Painting Matters. We are looking for an E-Commerce Account Manager to join our growing team.
About the Role
The E-Commerce Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing our brand portfolio across multiple online retail platforms in Singapore, owning the full end-to-end account management cycle from product listing optimisation to campaign execution and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across Shopee, Lazada, Redmart, FairPrice Online, KrisShop, Watsons Online, and SiteGiant
Optimise product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, SEO keywords, pricing, and high-quality images
Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns for platform mega-sales events (11.11, 12.12, Payday Sales)
Analyse sales data, traffic metrics, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities
Coordinate with the marketing team on digital content, promotional assets, and seasonal campaigns
Liaise with platform account managers to secure campaign slots and visibility placements
Manage inventory levels in coordination with the logistics team
Prepare regular performance reports and present key findings to management
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and emerging trends in online retail
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce account management or related field
Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, or equivalent platform
Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
Meticulous attention to detail for product content accuracy
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Experience with home-living, lifestyle, or consumer goods brands is advantageous
