Description
An E-Commerce Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily backend operations of online stores across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This role involves managing product listings, monitoring inventory, processing orders, coordinating with logistics partners, handling customer inquiries, and optimizing store performance to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Management
Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, stock levels, and updates across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Ensure all product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing, is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
2. Order & Customer Management
Monitor incoming orders, coordinate order fulfillment, and manage shipment processes.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refund requests in a timely and professional manner.
3. Marketing & Promotion Support
Assist in planning and executing platform campaigns, flash deals, promotional bundles, and discount activities.
Support the creation and coordination of content for TikTok Shop, social media
posts, and other promotional materials to boost engagement and sales.
4. Data Monitoring & Reporting
Track store performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports and provide insights or recommendations to improve store performance and sales results.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support cross-platform campaigns, promotional launches, and other e-commerce initiatives.
Requirements
Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially in handling customer interactions.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in solving operational issues.
Able to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
