We’re a growing online business looking for an organized, energetic, and detail-loving E-Commerce Admin to keep our orders flowing and customers smiling. If you love online shopping, enjoy creating content, and are great at keeping things in order, this could be your perfect role!

 What You’ll Be Doing

📦 Order & Warehouse Operations

•  Process daily orders from our Website, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada & more

•  Pick, pack, and ship orders on time (accuracy is key!)

•  Receive, check, and organize new stock

•  Keep our inventory system up-to-date (including batch & expiry dates)

•  Arrange international shipments and coordinate local deliveries

🛒 E-Commerce Management

•  Upload new products and update listings, prices, and stock levels

•  Help run promotions, sales, and campaigns

•  Provide friendly, professional customer service to online shoppers

📸 Content & Social Media Support

•  Assist with fun photo/video shoots (product launches, unboxings, flatlays, demos)

•  Help prepare creative visuals for social media and product listings

🗂 Admin Support

•  Assist with general admin and ad hoc tasks

We’d Love It If You Have:

• 1–2 years of work experience (e-commerce experience is a bonus)

•  Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram

•  Strong organization & communication skills

•  Tech-savvy and creative (basic photo/video skills are a plus!)

•  Customer service experience is a bonus

•  Comfortable using MS Office (especially Excel)

•  Physically fit to handle stock & shipments

•  Diploma in any field
