E-commerce Admin

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer enquiries across email, WhatsApp and phone

• Process and monitor online orders to ensure accuracy from confirmation to fulfilment

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or order discrepancies

• Liaise with operation team to ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment and delivery

• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
