Description
Responsibilities

Manage Product Listings and Pricing: Regularly check, update, and maintain product listings, descriptions, and pricing across our e-store and various online marketplaces to ensure accuracy and consistency. -
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs. -
Order Fulfilment Coordination: Coordinate with our logistics partners to ensure all online orders are picked and delivered to customers in a timely manner. -
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat, addressing questions and resolving issues professionally and efficiently. -
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design team for product imagery and content, and with the warehouse team to resolve fulfilment issues. -
Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support, including the preparation of quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and other related documentation.
Requirements

Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous with a keen eye for accuracy in data entry and content management. -
Prioritisation: Able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks and an ever-changing workload in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. -
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and external partners. -
Proactive & Independent: A self-starter who can work independently, identify issues, and apply effective problem-solving skills. -
Adaptability to Routine: Comfortable with and able to effectively manage routine administrative and operational tasks. -
Relevant Experience: Prior experience in an SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) environment is preferred. - A passion for riding and motorcycles is an added advantage.

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (8:45 am – 6:15 pm) -
Location: Near Sembawang & Admiralty MRT stations
