- Position Title: E-Commerce Assistant
- Working Location: Red Hill (5mins walk from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm,
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 2800 + AWS + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries, feedback, exchanges, and returns across various e-commerce platforms, including handling service recovery where necessary.
• Process online orders accurately and in a timely manner to ensure smooth and prompt fulfilment.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery-related issues and ensure successful order completion.
• Monitor order status and ensure all transactions are completed efficiently.
• Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent.
• Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers and partners).
• Able to provide remote support on weekends (approximately 1 hour; company mobile phone provided) — an added advantage.
