About the Role
We are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to support daily order fulfilment and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, scanning and preparing e-commerce orders for dispatch while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Handle e-commerce orders from platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online marketplaces.
Pick and pack customer orders according to SOP and specific packing instructions.
Scan items using PDA, mobile phone or scanner.
Print and attach Air Waybill (AWB) labels.
Check order accuracy before dispatch.
Handle a variety of consumer products, including shampoo, milk powder, cosmetics, household items and other general goods.
Follow different packing and shipping requirements for various customer accounts.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Performance Expectations
Meet daily productivity KPIs.
Easy orders: approximately 200 orders per day.
Complex orders: approximately 170 orders per day.
Able to maintain accuracy while handling a high volume of orders.
Requirements
Basic computer literacy.
Comfortable using PDA, scanner or mobile phone for scanning tasks.
Able to understand and follow different packing instructions.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to meet daily productivity targets.
Previous warehouse or e-commerce experience is an advantage but not required.
Working Conditions
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Overtime may be required depending on business and order volume.
Overtime is mainly required on Mondays and Saturdays, subject to operational needs.
