E-Commerce Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's online stores and e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and company website.

• Upload new products, update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory information.

• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports and data analysis.

• Process and coordinate customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.

• Respond to customer enquiries via online platforms and provide excellent customer service.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery.

• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.

• Work closely with the marketing team to prepare product images, banners, and promotional materials.

• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.

• Support inventory management and ensure stock availability across all online platforms.

• Assist with other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant e-commerce or online retail experience preferred.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in retail, FMCG, beauty, home fragrance, or lifestyle products will be an added advantage.
