About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce Assistant to join our team at Everbest Shoes & Handbags Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in the Paya Lebar East Region, providing essential administrative support to our growing e-commerce operations.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the day-to-day management and update of our e-commerce platform and online store
Processing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
Answering customer inquiries and providing excellent client service
Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels
Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging product content and listings
Providing administrative support to the e-commerce and sales teams as needed
What we're looking for
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and online retail tools
Familiarity with digital marketing and content creation
Experience in customer service or administrative support roles
A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
