About the Company
Dashmesh Singapore Pte Ltd is a well-established FMCG food distribution company, specialising in Indian and Pakistani food products. As we expand our digital and online sales channels, we are looking for a motivated E-Commerce professional to support and grow our online marketplace presence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys online sales, digital marketing, and marketplace management, and wants to be part of a growing FMCG business.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Marketplace Management
Manage daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, etc.)
Create and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and product descriptions
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure product availability
Ensure product content and listings are consistent across all online channels
Analyse products sales figures, short term, and midterm sales forecast -- Understanding trends and opportunities for growth
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and social media activities
Support digital marketing initiatives including Facebook Ads / Google Ads
Monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies to improve sales
Sales Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyse online sales performance, traffic, and customer trends
Identify opportunities to grow online revenue and improve product visibility
Prepare sales reports and basic forecasts for management review
Customer Experience
Ensure a smooth and positive online shopping experience
Respond to customer enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Partnership & Platform Coordination
Work closely with online marketplaces and platform partners
Support initiatives to expand the company’s online presence and digital reach
Job Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online marketplace management
Proven experience (1-2 Years) in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online marketplace management platform. Prior Experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media with a focus on local trends. Experience with Facebook/Google Ads will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, Amazon or other e-commerce platforms
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable)
Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
