Job Description:


We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven E-commerce professional to support the growth and performance of the online business. This role focuses primarily on e-commerce platform operations, onsite execution, and conversion optimization, while working closely with Marketing and CRM teams to support customer engagement and omnichannel initiatives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. E-Commerce Platform Operations & Performance


Execution-focused platform management and performance optimization.


Support day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, covering front-end customer journeys and back-end operational processes.


Execute platform updates, site changes, and campaign launches in coordination with internal and global teams.


Monitor site performance, conversion funnels, and key KPIs; identify issues and opportunities for improvement.


Support conversion optimization initiatives, including landing page updates, PDP enhancements, and checkout improvements.


Assist in gathering business requirements and coordinating with Tech and Global teams on platform enhancements.


Support testing initiatives (A/B tests, pilots, POCs), analyse results, and recommend optimizations.


Help maintain SOPs, playbooks, and operational guidelines; ensure timely follow-up on issues and escalations.


Support technical operations such as platform bugs, payment issues, third-party integrations, and UAT for upgrades or fixes.


Coordinate with Supply Chain and Inventory teams to ensure accurate stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.


2. User Experience, Growth & Onsite Execution


Hands-on execution to deliver a premium, conversion-led experience.


Support the delivery of a seamless, luxury-standard online shopping experience across devices.


Work with UX/UI teams to execute improvements to homepage, landing pages, PDPs, and checkout flows.


Execute onsite merchandising and content updates to support campaigns, seasonal launches, and product priorities.


Partner with Digital Marketing teams to ensure strong onsite execution for traffic-driving initiatives.


Prepare and maintain e-commerce performance reports (e.g. traffic, conversion, funnel performance, abandoned carts).


Monitor customer behaviour and site feedback, escalating insights and recommendations to the Manager.


Stay informed on e-commerce trends and tools, contributing ideas to improve performance and experience.


3. CRM & Marketing Collaboration (Support Role)


CRM responsibilities are focused on support and alignment, not ownership.


Work closely with Marketing and CRM teams to support CRM-led campaigns from an e-commerce execution perspective.


Align onsite assets, landing pages, product visibility, and promotional mechanics to support CRM initiatives.


Share e-commerce insights to help inform CRM targeting, personalization, and campaign optimization.


Support omnichannel initiatives by ensuring e-commerce readiness and consistent customer journeys.


Assist with CRM reporting and campaign reviews by contributing online performance insights.


Support CRM-related tools and processes where they intersect with the e-commerce customer journey.
