We are looking for an E-Commerce and Retail Operations Assistant to join our small but growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in both e-commerce and retail.
Key Responsibilities
1) Order Processing & Fulfilment
Ensure accurate order picking, packing and labelling before dispatch.
Liaise with logistics providers and courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
Investigate lost or damaged parcels and handle claims with courier partners.
2) Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock levels, update product availability and ensure the website is kept up to date with accurate product details, pricing and promotions.
Assist with receiving shipments, stock counts, audits and reconciling discrepancies.
3) Customer Service
Provide friendly and timely support to customers inquiries via email and phone.
Handle after-sales support, including returns, exchanges and any delivery concerns.
Work closely with other departments to create smooth and positive shopping experiences.
Key Requirements:
Friendly, patient and solution oriented approach when dealing with customers
Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Detail oriented with good organisational skills to manage inventory updates
Able to work independently but also communicate effectively with other departments
