As an E-commerce Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of our online platforms and digital sales channels. Your responsibilities include managing product listings, assisting with online orders and customer enquiries, updating website content, and supporting digital marketing and promotional campaigns. You will also help ensure accurate inventory updates and smooth coordination with internal teams to deliver a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

Job Description:

🛍️ E-Commerce Fulfillment

• Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and care

• Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring high standards in packaging and presentation

• Generate invoices and coordinate courier pickups

📦 Product Listings & Inventory

• Create and maintain accurate product listings across our e-commerce platforms

• Monitor stock levels and handle timely replenishments

• Organize and record inventory with precision

📋 Administrative Support

• Assist with inventory checks and reconciliations

• Support general administrative tasks related to online operations
