Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking an passionate and team-oriented E-Commerce Officer for a 6-month contract at Wipro Consumer Care Singapore. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and will collaborate closely with the E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator. You will play a key part in managing online store backend operations and designing attractive e-commerce product thumbnails, with a primary focus on seamless customer experience and high-quality visual presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the online platform stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
Process and fulfill online orders, including invoicing, shipping coordination, and tracking.
Manage product uploads and keep the catalogue updated (prices, stock, new listings, promotions).
Respond promptly and professionally to online customer queries via chat, email, or platform dashboards.
Handle issues related to refunds, exchanges, and delivery discrepancies.
Work as a team with the E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator to support campaign launches and ensure backend systems are optimized.
Contribute operational support to marketing and e-commerce projects as required.
Requirements
Good to have but not required. Some e-commerce experience (internship, part-time, or full-time); hands-on experience with online store backend is a plus.
Good written and spoken English. Chinese language is a plus for Chinese language translation for queries and localization of e-commerce banners
Comfortable with order management, shipping logistics, and effective online customer service.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work to meet tight deadlines.
