E-COMMERCE ASST

Job Responsibiliites:-

• Assist with the conceptualisation and execution of e-commerce marketing campaigns across our online platforms.


• To analyze and report online sales KPIs (sales, conversion, traffic, etc)


• To manage order fulfillment.


• Handle customer enquires via various platform.


• Design, update and manage content of all online platforms and ensure that product content, images, inventory, promotion mechanics and pricing are updated timely.


• Provide administrative and operations support to e-commerce team.


• Support the team with ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:-

• Possess at least a Diploma in the field of marketing, business, e-commerce or related field.


• Proficient in the use of photoshop and/or illustrator.


• Experience in electronics products and e-commerce background will be an added bonus.


• Team player with good communication skills.

Mon-Fri, 8.45am to 5.30pm
