A fast-growing cross-border e-commerce company, with the parent company deeply established in Singapore across e-commerce, live streaming, retail, and wholesale businesses. With a diversified business portfolio, we are seeking business-driven BD / Sales professionals who are familiar with the Singapore market and possess strong pioneering spirit, execution capability, and outstanding commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead business development efforts in the Singapore local market by identifying, recruiting, and signing franchisees, agents, and strategic partners;
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis, formulate regional sales strategies, and achieve performance targets;
3. Independently carry out client visits, business negotiations, contract execution, and relationship management to ensure sustainable channel growth;
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand exposure and awareness in the local market;
5. Regularly consolidate sales data and market feedback, working closely with internal teams to optimize expansion strategies and operational initiatives;
6. Achieve key expansion KPIs including merchant acquisition numbers, category mix optimization, and revenue targets to ensure smooth business progression.Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields preferred. Graduates from top-tier universities (e.g., Project 985/211 institutions) are a plus;
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or channel partnership roles. Experience in the Singapore local market, strong local business networks, or background in retail/e-commerce industries is preferred;
3. English proficiency as a working language, with excellent business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills;
4. Target-driven and results-oriented, with strong self-motivation, resilience under pressure, and problem-solving capability;
5. Able to adapt to frequent cross-border travel. In the initial phase, at least one round trip between Guangzhou and Singapore per month (may increase to 1–5 trips per month when necessary), with hands-on market involvement;
6. Passionate about the e-commerce and retail industry, with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong team collaboration spirit.
