E-Commerce Business Development Manager (4.2K + Comms)

Our client is among the most widely used apps in Singapore.

The Job

• Conduct regular visits with merchants on the platform to build meaningful relationships/provide on-the-ground high quality support
• Resolve and understand queries/issues that merchants may have. Escalate issues with relevant internal stakeholders when necessary
• Train or assist merchants with the adoption of app platform tools to improve business outcomes
• Collect and communicate merchant feedback to internal teams; document effective engagement tactics and share best practices
• Track area OKRs: ie. Engagement, Satisfaction Scores, Product Adoption and Retention, and time-to-Resolution

The Talent

• 3+ years in account management, business development, or field sales (F&B or e‑commerce experience a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to build trust face-to-face.
• Problem solver, proactive, and able to work independently.
