Key Responsibilities
Plan and carry out buying strategies based on sales trends, stock levels, seasonal demand, and market insights.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, order quantities, and delivery schedules to improve profit and stock efficiency.
Handle daily e-commerce operations such as sales tracking, order processing, fulfilment, customer service, chats, and returns.
Make sure product listings, pricing, promotions, and content are accurate and up to date across all platforms.
Manage website and platform pages, including banners, categories, and promotions to improve visibility and sales.
Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and complaints, and take action to improve customer satisfaction.
Manage stock levels and run promotions like bundles, discounts, and vouchers.
Build and maintain good relationships with e-commerce platforms and partners, and suggest strategies based on performance.
Prepare and review sales and inventory reports, and provide useful insights to management.
RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or e-commerce management
