As our E-Commerce Coordinator, you’ll be at the intersection of marketing, operations, and collectibles management. From crafting engaging campaigns to streamlining processes behind the scenes, you’ll play a key role in driving our business forward. Gain international exposure working with our partners in Japan, the US and Hong Kong while growing the local collectibles industry exponentially.

Your Mission:

Marketing & Content Creation

• Develop and support targeted quarterly campaigns to strengthen our brand presence and connect with younger audiences.


• Craft engaging content across social media, channels and product pages to showcase collectibles and events with enthusiasm.


• Create accurate, appealing product listings with strong descriptions and visuals.

Operations & Procurement

• Assist in the procurement and sourcing of collectibles, ensuring the right mix of products are available at the right time.


• Support supplier negotiations and vendor coordination to secure cost-effective deals.


• Manage daily e-commerce and retail operations, including order processing, inventory updates, and platform maintenance.


• Monitor logistics, shipments, and fulfilment processes to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Grading Services Management

• Oversee intake and documentation of items submitted for grading.


• Coordinate with grading partners to track status, ensure accuracy, and maintain turnaround times.


• Maintain records and update customers on the progress of their grading submissions.


• Propose improvements to streamline grading workflows and enhance service efficiency.

Research & Analysis

• Analyse sales data, customer behavior, and grading service performance to identify new opportunities.


• Provide reports and insights to management that guide decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently located in Singapore


• Currently pursuing a full-time diploma or degree in a local educational institution.


• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail


• Effective communication skills to engage with suppliers, customers, and internal teams


• Knowledge of Shopify and other e-commerce platforms is a plus.


• Familiarity with Pokémon or Sports collectibles is an advantage.


• Familiarity with at least one of the following grading services: Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), Beckett Grading Services (BGS), or Card Grading Service (CGC)
