E-commerce Cum Admin Assistant

Key Job Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management(Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, Website etc)

• Upload new products and update listings, prices, and stock levels

• Help run promotions, sales, and campaigns

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to online shoppers

• Generate Purchase Order, Quotation, Delivery Order & Invoices.

Content & Social Media Support

• Help prepare creative visuals for social media and product listings

Admin Support

• Assist with general admin and ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field

• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience (Skincare Industry experience is a bonus)

• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify

• Tech-savvy and creative (basic photo/video skills)

• Comfortable using Google Suite

• Candidate must possess good communication skills and be customer oriented

• Physically fit to handle stock & shipments only when needed

• Positive mindset, self-initiative and Interest in Skincare!

• Independent and flexible in taking on new task.

• Bonus! Speak & read Korean Language.
