E-commerce Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned E-commerce Specialist who takes full ownership
of online sales performance and outcomes.
This role demands initiative, commercial acumen, and speed of execution,
with a willingness to go the extra mile when results are on the line.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow e-commerce sales performance across platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok Shop).
- Plan, execute, and optimise marketing-led campaigns, promotions, bundles, and pricing strategies.
- Drive traffic and conversion through platform tools, ads, vouchers, and content optimisation.
- Analyse sales data, ROAS, margins, and campaign effectiveness; translate insights into action.
- Lead SKU planning, product positioning, and launch strategies.
- Coordinate closely with operations, inventory, and logistics to ensure fulfilment readiness.
- Take initiative in problem-solving — identify gaps, propose solutions, and execute without waiting for instructions.
- Act as a key point of contact for urgent issues; responsive beyond standard office hours when needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing (hands-on, not theoretical).
- Strong commercial mindset — understands pricing, margins, promotions, and P&L impact.
- Leadership qualities: able to drive work independently and influence others without formal authority.
- Highly proactive, responsible, and willing to stretch to meet business needs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, lean environment.
- Strong communication skills required. English proficiency is essential; Chinese language capability is an advantage for coordination with China-based and regional collaborators.
- Experience with alcohol, FMCG, or apparel industry is a plus

- 具备领导与推动能力,能独立担当并影响团队。
- 责任感强,愿意付出额外努力以达成目标。
- 适应节奏快、资源精简的工作环境。
- 具备良好的书面及口头沟通能力。
- 有酒类、快速消费品(FMCG)或服装行业相关经验者优先。
英文为必备工作语言;具备中文沟通能力者将具优势,以便与中国及区域合作伙伴进行协调。
