E-Commerce cum Operation Executive (Up to $3,900+VB/Jurong Port/Hybrid)

Job Description

• Position: E-Commerce cum Operation Assistant

• Well Established Singapore Based Frozen Seafood Processing SME

• Hybrid Work Arrangement 5.5 Days Work Week with Saturday WFH

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am – 5:45pm); Saturday (WFH 8am – 12pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,900 + Variable Bonus (Minimum 1 Month)    

• Working Location: Jurong Port

• Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Food Processing Manufacturing  

Main Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum In charge of In-house Brand and E-commerce platforms (Alibaba, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).

• Lead and utilise various departments like customer service, operation, production and design team  to achieve sales, smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

• Conducting Market and Consumer research to identify local consumer demands.

• Customising content and products to better meet the demands of local consumers based on market research ( Ads, promotions, new products, etc).

• Maintaining and updating the company’s website, social media and content marketing.

• Inventory control.

• Procurement (sourcing, agreeing to terms, acquiring goods from an external source, making buying decisions).

• Data analysis (Sales Performance, Costing, ROI, etc.).

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Sales & Marketing / Business Analytics / Digital Marketing / Ecommerce or related discipline.  

• At least 2 years of experience in Food Industry Market Development or Ecommerce.

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop & Excel Pivot table.

• Positive and proactive.
