What You’ll Do
Respond to customer enquiries via live chat, email, and other channels
Support customers before and after purchase to ensure smooth service experience
Coordinate with overseas teams on order and shipment updates
Follow internal SOPs and assist with ad-hoc operational tasks
What We’re Looking For
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle customer service is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset
Clear communicator with good interpersonal skills
Well-organised, proactive in follow-ups, and good time management
Patient, detail-oriented, and responsible
Good command of English
