E-commerce
- Daily operations include preparing orders and packing orders
- Listing / managing E-Commerce online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok & Amazon etc)
- Attending to customer enquiries on online platforms.
- Curate and edit product content to be featured on Marketplaces & Social Media sites.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
- Handle on screen and backend livestreams
Customer Service
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Manage showroom for walk in enquiries and servicing
Requirements and skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different situations
- Possess a willing to learn attitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and effective time management.
- Experienced in Canva, Shopify & Marketplace are a plus.
- Willing to appear on screen is a plus
Working Hours
- 5 Day Work (Saturday included)
- Working hours: 9am - 5pm
