About the role
We are seeking a dedicated E-commerce Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team at Olive & Adam Pte. Ltd. (Waistlab/Filtrlabs). This contract role is based near Tiong Bahru and will involve providing exceptional customer service support to our growing e-commerce business.
What you'll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and marketplace chat in a timely and professional manner
Pick and Pack daily orders from multiple e-commerce platforms
Assist customers during in-person fitting sessions and advice on correct product recommendations and size selection
Livestream product demonstration and hosting on social media platforms
Assist in basic marketing and content management for social media platforms
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and documenting all case details
Weekly stock count and inventory tracking on e-commerce platforms
Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements
Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
What we're looking for
At least 2 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Passion in make-up, skincare or general beauty and wellness
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries effectively
Proficient in using marketplace systems like Shopify, Shopee, and TikTok Shop
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Working location and time
Our office is located at Lower Delta Road, 10 minutes away from Tiong Bahru Mrt.
This is an office hour job, Monday to Friday 10pm to 6pm.
You may be required to work on weekends as we do offline pop-ups and events and studio photoshoots.
