Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and creative E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role will support the company’s e-commerce operations, digital marketing campaigns, social media management, and branding initiatives across multiple online platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, and social media channels.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, organized, and passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce trends.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce & Website Management
Manage and maintain product listings across website and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
Ensure product information, pricing, promotions, and inventory are updated accurately
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth backend operations and order fulfilment
Monitor product performance and recommend strategies to improve sales conversion
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms
Support META Ads (Facebook & Instagram), SEM, and SEO initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports using Google Analytics and platform insights
Assist in email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotions, and product launches
Support affiliate marketing and partnership campaigns
Social Media & Content Creation
Manage content posting schedules across social media platforms
Create engaging marketing content including captions, banners, graphics, short videos, and promotional materials
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
Support TikTok livestream planning and coordination with livestreamers/UGC creators
Branding & Design Support
Assist in developing branding and packaging materials
Create online and offline marketing assets such as flyers, brochures, banners, and event materials
Support retail and promotional campaigns with creative marketing visuals
General Support
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams
Support ad-hoc marketing and administrative duties assigned by management
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Mass Communication, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media management preferred
Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or website backend operations
Basic knowledge of META Ads, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics is an advantage
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or other design/editing tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable supporting campaign periods such as 9.9, 11.11, and 12.12 sales events
