Description
1. E-commerce Operations
Manage daily operations of online channels (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada), including customer service, product listing and optimization, promotions, order and inventory tracking, and sales data analysis.
2. Social Media and Content Marketing
Manage and grow the brand’s social media accounts by planning content calendars, producing platform-aligned short videos, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining consistent brand tone and visuals.
3. KOL / KOC Collaboration
Identify and manage KOL/KOC partnerships aligned with the brand, support collaboration campaigns, develop content, monitor trends and reviews, and build a long-term influencer resource pool.
4. Brand Integrated Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, retail, brand websites, and e-commerce platforms, including campaign planning, cross-team coordination, promotion scheduling, and post-campaign performance analysis.
5. Offline/Online Support
Assist with store appointments and online enquiries, support community and membership engagement, and gather customer feedback to optimize marketing and communication strategies.
Requirements
1–3 years of social media operations experience (pet industry preferred) with skills in short-form video trends, basic photography/video editing and KOL/KOC collaboration.
Experience in e-commerce and offline marketing support.
Strong execution ability with excellent time management and organizational skills.
