E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
• Plan, design, film, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other relevant platforms
• Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned to product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling
• Host or co-host TikTok and Instagram live sessions to engage the community and drive real-time sales
• Be a confident, natural on-camera presence that embodies our brand voice — knowledgeable, approachable, and authentic
• Manage our KOL/influencer programme — identifying suitable partners, coordinating campaigns, briefing content, and tracking performance
• Produce graphics and visual assets for social media, email, and platform listings using design tools
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content production, copywriting, ideation, and campaign efficiency
• Maintain a consistent content calendar that keeps our channels active, growing, and on-brand
E-Commerce Management
• Manage and optimise product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, including copywriting, imagery, SEO keywords, and pricing
• Plan and execute platform campaigns, flash sales, and promotional mechanics tied to the brand calendar
• Manage TikTok Shop operations including product linking, affiliate coordination, and performance tracking
• Monitor platform analytics and report regularly on key metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, and customer ratings
• Coordinate with the fulfilment team to ensure smooth order management, inventory accuracy, and strong seller ratings
• Stay current on platform algorithm updates, new features, and best practices across all marketplaces
Email & Community Marketing
• Plan and send regular email newsletters, product education content, and promotional campaigns
• Manage WhatsApp and/or Telegram community channels as supplementary CRM touchpoints
• Segment the customer database to personalise communications and improve retention
Key Skills & Competencies
• Proficient in video editing — CapCut required; Adobe Premiere Pro a plus
• Proficient in graphic design — Canva (Pro tier) required; Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator a plus
• Comfortable and confident on camera — able to present products and host live sessions naturally
• Familiar with or keen to learn marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
• Familiar with AI tools for content creation and copywriting workflows
• Strong written English for captions, listing copy, and community communications
• A portfolio or links to past content, videos, or design work is strongly preferred
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, social media, or digital marketing
• Self-starter with a creative eye, strong initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
