E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Intern

Overview

We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Intern to join our fast-growing team at B2K Pet Care.

You will gain hands-on experience in real e-commerce operations, including product listings, online campaigns, TikTok content, Shopee/Lazada management, and order fulfilment support across multiple platforms like Shopify and TikTok Shop.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, interested in e-commerce and digital marketing, and wants real exposure to online business operations and growth.

Job Scope

1)Assist in managing product listings on Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other online platforms

2)Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and stock details

3)Monitor online orders and ensure product information is accurate

4)Support online campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and bundle deals

5)Reply to customer enquiries and provide basic support

6)Coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams for order fulfilment

7)Track deliveries and assist in resolving delivery issues

8)Support preparation of packaging materials, labels, and stickers

9)Assist with TikTok Live and Shopee Live activities

10)Help with simple content creation and product highlights

11)Support digital marketing activities such as email marketing and promotional banners

12)Assist in integrating online sales and marketing efforts across different platforms

13)Perform other ad-hoc e-commerce duties as assigned

Requirements

• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn

• Good communication skills

• Detail-oriented, especially when handling listings, orders, and delivery information

• Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment

• Basic Canva, TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada experience is a bonus but not required, training will be provided
