Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support the growth of our online business, with a primary focus on Amazon and Shopify platforms serving the US market.
This role will support the daily operations and performance of our e-commerce stores, including product listing optimisation, campaign execution, advertising monitoring and sales performance tracking.
You will work closely with the E-commerce Manager, Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous growth of our online channels.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon & Shopify Store Operations
Support the daily operations of Amazon Seller Central and Shopify stores.
Maintain accurate and updated product listings, pricing, product information and images.
Ensure listings comply with Amazon policies, platform guidelines and brand standards.
Assist in improving product visibility, search ranking and store performance.
Listing & Conversion Optimisation
Optimise product listings including titles, bullet points, keywords, images and A+ content.
Work with design and marketing teams to enhance product pages and store content.
Support initiatives that improve conversion rates and overall product performance.
Advertising & Campaign Execution
Support the management and optimisation of Amazon PPC advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance including ACOS, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate.
Assist in executing promotional campaigns such as Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and seasonal promotions.
Coordinate campaign setup, discounts and promotional mechanics across platforms.
Inventory & Order Coordination
Monitor inventory levels and replenishment schedules for FBA and warehouse fulfilment.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock availability.
Track slow-moving SKUs and support inventory planning during campaign periods.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, traffic, conversion rates and advertising results.
Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Support ongoing optimisation of store performance and product visibility.
Customer Experience & Platform Compliance
Monitor customer reviews, ratings and feedback to maintain high store standards.
Assist in resolving product or order issues in collaboration with the customer service team.
Ensure compliance with Amazon marketplace policies and account health requirements.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon or Shopify platforms.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify backend operations.
Basic understanding of Amazon SEO, listing optimisation and PPC advertising.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with good analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and problem-solving skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
Experience managing Amazon US marketplace.
Experience with FBA inventory management.
Familiarity with Shopify analytics or conversion optimisation.
Experience working in cross-border e-commerce or DTC brands.
